Who is this program for?
The leadership accelerator is for any leaders in your team. Be it Assistant Manager, Club Manager or Area Manager/GM. This program has been designed to meet everyone where they are at and help them grow from there. This program is only for those in your team whom you see have a long-term future; those that will excel in a growth-environment with like-minded peers.
This program is IS NOT for you if....
You are unsure about whether your Team Leader is the 'right fit' for your business. If your leader does not know the goals in the business. If you believe that the results are more important than the people & the process. **If your questioning whether your team could 'handle' or 'have enough time' or 'they aren't ready', then I can help with that, however this program is NOT for micro-managing your team, this is about excelling & personal-responsibility.
What is the price?
The one-off investment for the 12 week Leadership Accelerator is $1,697 + GST.
When does it start?
We kick off in May. Your team leader can expect access to the program in the mid April which will include the "Where am I struggling" questionnaire.
How do I sign up more than one leader / my team?
At the checkout, you will have the option to purchase as many staff profiles as you need.
